1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of the CAT Course. By completing payment and enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
CFC TEAM is operated by a group of college students who have attempted the CAT exam and wish to help other aspirants access quality preparation material at an affordable price.
2. Nature of the Product
The CAT Course is a digital product consisting of recorded video lectures, study notes, mock tests, PYQs, SimCAT and Knockout sessions, and other preparation resources. All content is delivered digitally through Telegram and is not physically shipped under any circumstance.
3. Payment and Verification
The current enrollment price is ₹1999 (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only). We reserve the right to revise pricing for future enrollments without prior notice.
Payment is made directly via UPI to our registered account. After payment, you must submit your UTR / Transaction ID and payment screenshot through our enrollment form. Course access is granted only after manual verification by our team, which typically takes a few hours.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment is made and verified. We strongly encourage you to preview our free demo lectures and course proofs available on Telegram before making a purchase decision.
5. Access and Personal Use
Course access is provided via Telegram and is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any course content.
- Copy, download, or reproduce course material outside of your personal study use.
- Transfer your course access to any other individual.
Violations may result in immediate removal of access without refund.
6. Support
We offer 24×7 Telegram support for all enrolled students. All course-related communication, updates, and announcements are shared through our official Telegram channels. It is your responsibility to stay connected to these channels.
7. Technical Requirements
To access the course you require a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity and the Telegram application installed. CFC TEAM is not responsible for any technical issues resulting from your device, internet connection, or Telegram platform itself.
8. Pricing Changes
The price shown at the time of your enrollment is the price you pay. Future price changes do not affect existing enrollments. Enrolled students retain their access regardless of any price revisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
CFC TEAM and its members are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the course material. The course is provided in good faith, as is, without warranty of any specific exam outcome or result.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
